    90002 in non stanced areas

    Hello,

    Every time I do anything, talk with a NPC, start combat, use an item, change maps I get the error "90002". This happens only in non instanced areas (dungeons and etc works fine).


    State/Country: RS - Brazil
    Date/Time: 09/05/2018?
    Frequency: Always while in open world
    How often does the issue occur? Every time I do anything in open world, talk with a NPC, start combat, use an item, teleport.

    Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - the nature of the latency
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    While in open world like a city or a random map like Azim Steppes, every time I use a action (mount, entering combat, talk to npcs, teleport) the game disconnects me with the 90002 error. If I try to log in immediately after the DC the game tells me that my charact still loged.

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)

    What do you mean?
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    Wired
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    None
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    When you get disconnected with the 90002 are you able to log back into that character eventually?

    Have you contacted your ISP to have the ports opened?
