    I have got the same problem
    Can´t start the right launcher since i put the game from one PC to a new one with an external hard drive. I am always ending in the login screen for trials and dont understand it. While using my old PC i can start FF, using the new one with completely the same gamefile it doesnt work? Sorry for my english, its not my mother tongue.

    Where did you download the launcher from?

    Try redownloading and installing the launcher using this link: http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/eu/
