400 ping on EU server , like really ??

I got less than 50 ping in ANY single game or MMO in the market .
IN this game I got 400 ping because your so called EUROPEAN servers are bases in CANADA .

Like what is wrong with this game ?

I've seen countless posts on forums about french players having tons of issues with EU servers .

Is there a way to fix this .

If not tell me , i'm not gonna waste my time and my money , playing a MMO that says that EU servers are in CANADA .

the EU servers moved from canada to germany in 2015.

and there is an issue since patch 4.1, where the internet service provider for the EU data center did some maintenance at the same time and since then it's laggy... >.>

they are aware of the problem, but they can't - or will - do fix it.
