    not reciving mog station items

    I bought a summoner job boost on the 16th of may. I still havent recived it. It shows in my payment history in the mogstation as well as on my credit card. I have made a ticket but the response was to /supportdesk and create another ticket.

    Is there a phone number that I can call to get this resolved. I feel like this is gonna be another "not my department, try this department" run around.

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    For assistance with this, you will need to contact the GMs in-game. To contact a Game Master simply type “/supportdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance.

    The Square Enix Support Center cannot handle in-game issues such as this, so calling in will just get you referred to the GMs.

    This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Game Masters is necessary to resolve the issue.
