    Trying to create a support ticket

    Not sure if this is how it's supposed to work, but I created a support ticket (getting error i2501 when I try to submit a character transfer), I got a ticket number, but no confirmation email and no way to check on the status of tickets I have submitted.

    Should i have gotten a confirmation email? Is there anyway to know what the status of my ticket it?

    If you received a ticket number, your request has entered the system. From here, you simply need to wait for a reply. If you do not wish to wait until you get a response, you can contact the Support Center via either phone or chat.
