Hints at new class? Maybe?

So is Qitian Dasheng, the boss of Shallow's Compass, the hint?

He was a reference to Sun Wukong (a legendary figure from a chinese novel called Journey to the West a story about a monkey boy that rides clouds and has a pole that can extend to the heavens. In japanese, his name is translated to Son Goku and is the same character Goku that Dragon Ball is based on)

I think it's a garlean/gunblade using class because of the reappearance of Gaius on our side in the latest story quests

Why?

There's been a strong demand for it ever since the game launched and 5.0 is very likely going to take us to Garlemald. DRG had strong ties to Ishgard. SAM had strong ties to Doma/Hingashi. GUN would have strong ties to Garlemald.

Why don't I want the job? I don't find it appealing. I've never felt gunblades were an interesting weapon. Others can demand it, no problem there. I just really hope that it isn't, so that a different job can be added. I'd take geomancer or dancer or some other original job over a gunblade job personally.
