More seriously, it's supposed to be a nigh endless MGP sink by definition. If you're aiming at any of the big spenders, you shouldn't be bothering with the booster packs anyway. They're there to make sure your MGP purse isn't too heavy after you hit 80+ on the fashion report and have nothing else to spend it on. And even then, rotten as your luck might be, you'll eventually get those cards. I'm a Zidane card away from not having to bother with any booster pack save for the Platinum ones, but those don't cost me MGP unless I do really horribly on the tournament.

Experience shows that's a load of rubbish. I can flip the board and still not get a drop, it's all RNG.

IF it's RNG then the RNG God likes me for some reason then.Most I've spent on one NPC is 10 times for a secondary card and 5 times for a normal one. Better get that salty God out of your corner. Less if I flip the board. Except from Illshyre and above harder to flip whole board.

We all have our methods then, to each their own. Main point is you have a better chance to get cards you don't have by challenging NPC's then wasting MGP on packs on repetition based on theme and not likely to get the ones your missing.

Luck maybe those luck items I carry with me ? ( Not proven to work )As for card in packs, the ones I got early on I got from NPCS, tried packs a few times already had them -.-, Yeah kind of why I only compete in tournaments for platinum packs. Based on the odds however and the structure of rare cards that you can use your better of with Higher level NPC ones than pack ones. Maybe after you have all the ones you can buy directly with MGP then invest on packs lower or save up. Otherwise it's a nice queue time killer. I mean what else can you do when you have maxed almost everything already >.>
