Game Suggestion: Dual Wielding Ability/Change Sheath locations

I would like to see S.E. utilize the use of the offhand slot for most classes in the game so we can add/carry a second weapon. Lots of other MMO games allow Dual Wielding.

It would be even MORE amazing if S.E. could implement this into the game in a way so doing dual weapons can increase damage/defense/or healing in a balanced way depending on the class you do it on and what "build" they are going for.

Second, i would like the ability to sheath my weapon in a few different places on my avatar as listed below:

Change sides the swords are sheathed on...(right now they are on the left hip, we should have the ability to move it to the right hip if we wanted for left handed ppl)

Also please give us the freedom to move "hip sheathed" weapons onto our avatars back instead...(eg. ability in character screen to move a paladin's sheathed sword so that it sheaths on your back like a DRK sword instead of your hip, let people choose)

I think this will go far especially in aesthetics and glamour (true end game) to make custom character builds and more unique glamour options. Please add these features into the game! So many other great MMO's allow this, i would like this one to as well.
