Hello, my issue is a bit strange but I'll do my best to explain it as clearly as I can and give as much info as possible. It's probably not really an 'in-game' bug, but I didn't know where else to post. I'm also not sure if these are two seperate problems or related.

In short:
- I get a weird error when my game starts.
- I'm receiving incorrect auto-demolition e-mails.
- I'm not sure if entering my estate is being registered properly.

Steps:
  • On April 27th I received an e-mail regarding the 'Return and Play for Free! Campaign'.
  • On April 28th I received an e-mail regarding a 10 day notice of automatic demolition planned for 2018-05-08 03:00:00 (UTC) (I only received a 10 day's notice).
  • I immediately logged in the 28th of April. I received the following message/error as soon as the game opened (so after logging in via the client). I thought it was normal because I was on free game-time.

The text says something like: Final Fantasy stopped working because an error occurred.
  • Note that it is not possible to close the game normally because of this box. It will only close if I click OK on the error box. There is no other way of closing the game.
  • During the same session I went inside of my estate and chat gave the 'auto-demolition is cancelled message'. I stayed online for a couple of minutes and logged of again.
  • On 2018-05-15 I received another 10 days notice of auto-demolition, scheduled for 2018-05-24 14:00:00 (UTC).
  • This time I bought game time (30 days) via Steam. When the game started however I got the same error box again. So it wasn't related to the free game-time.
  • I went inside of my estate again, but this time I didn't receive the auto-demolition message (and to be clear I was actually inside of the house, both times).
  • I contacted a GM who said I still had 28 days before demolition even though I just went in. They recommended me to stay inside longer and contact the Bug Forum.

Other info:
  • The error pops up wether I use Steam to launch the client or don't use Steam.
  • Client version is 2018.04.27.000.0001(3176853)
  • Deleting and reinstalling the game didn't work.
  • The last update didn't fix it either (Patch 4.3)
  • Resetting system settings in the client didn't help.
  • This is the first time I've had any kind of issue with the game
  • I'm not sure when this started but it might have been when I copy/pasted my UI settings on my USB. I didn't change anything in the folders themself though, but other then that I haven't done anything with FF14 in between the times I played. I also put that data on another PC.
