Picture Frame Render issue

Issue:
I have 2 picture frames on west wall first floor, since the 4.3 patch, if I move to the east side of the house past the 1/2 way point of the floors they disappear from the wall or de-render. When I move back to the west side they re-appear. I have never had this issue before with them, even my mounted windows do not disappear and they are on the same walls as the picture frames. I tried moving the picture frames to other locations and even then they still disappear at certain distances. I have my settings at max so I don't believe it to be a settings issue. It just started doing it this morning with new patch 4.3.
