    cant start launcher since servers went back up -2146697211

    cant even open to the launcher, i get this. https://imgur.com/a/EMo30NO what can i do to fix the problem?

    issue started today. some sort of certificate issue? cant find out how to make it accept the new changes if it is the case.

    so i guess i messed around for 3 hours trying to figure this out. i havent used internet explorer in 5 years but apparently the launcher has to use it for some reason and that was the issue. type inetcpl.cpl in the search bar on the start bar, go to advanced, and hit reset button. launcher started for me.
