Just for curiosity did you complete the quest that comes after defeating Floor 100?
Its called Dead but Not Gone i believe.

Thank you for reporting this concern regarding The Palace of the Dead. We'd like to let you know that this is currently a known issue that is under investigation.

At this time, in order to enter floors 101 and beyond, you must have completed the quest "Dead but Not Gone". If you are planning to enter floors 101+ before we have addressed the error in entry conditions, please be sure to complete this quest.

We'll do our best to get this matter resolved as soon as possible. Keep an eye on the Lodestone for updates, and enjoy your deep dungeon explorations!

Can anyone help me, I have the exact same issue with lvl 121 fixed party. I tried to restart a new save 51 to 100 again (without any KOs) and I still have not received the quest... Any suggestion?

Have you completed the prerequisite quests Corpse Groom and The Nightmare's End?

Same issue for my group as well. We've all been to floor 180+ before the patch and now we can't even access 100+ due to this bug.
