It's a pretty decent enough patch. Most of the stuff is enjoyable that I have done thus far.

The new trial was probably my favorite part of 4.3.
I'm impressed at how many different songs they blended together in each phase's theme, and while the fight was largely a mash-up of previously used mechanics, it was exciting nonetheless.
Visual presentation really goes a long way in making an encounter memorable.

I've really enjoyed the content this patch. The Raid, the dungeon, and the trial.
Having said that, I am still fuming over a certain cutscene. It once again showed one thing I have hated about this game since the beginning. The way SE just makes us stand around(or be saved by someone else) time and time again as if we're some bystander who can't do anything, while things happen around us. It's so unbelievably out of character considering all the things we HAVE accomplished while playing, and just... throws it all away in certain moments.
It's the best patch so far, in my opinion. A satisfying conclusion to a number of plot points that have been going on in the background, some very intriguing new lore and one of the most aesthetically pleasing and tragic battles in quite some time.
I like new primal.
The fight can describe as “Dancing with the Moon”

Honestly, I was left a bit unimpressed by 4.3. Doesn't feel like there's much to do outside of the MSQ and even that seemed to stretch a bit before getting interesting, nor did I like the ridiculously long raid quest line or the raid itself. I wanted to, because I love XII, but it's not my cup of tea I suppose.
That said, Emissary of the Dawn almost single-handedly saved my impression of 4.3, and the new trial fight is visually stunning and a lot of fun. The build up to it was pretty good too.
tbh I would have liked the MSQ more if the WoL got to slap Asashi but oh well
Is it? It feels like they need to add more stuff.
The bulkiest content in 4.3 has yet to arrive.
Still, I'm having a hard time imagining how they intend to hold everyone's interest until late 2019 (Because we're apparently not getting 5.0 for that long according to the business plan they released).

Mh if this is true than it gives some credit to what yoshida has said about 4.x going longer than 4.5, though this patch not having one of the four lords as a fight was a hint since tecnically speaking they hinted a khoryu fight at the end of the questline and we have only 2 trials left that should be seryu and suzaku

It was ok.. After doing what was needed day 1 I basically went to play another game. I wish the patch kept me invested for a few days.
