    Have you ever had to work weekends fixing bugs for some unknown party?
    Probably not from the tone you have.
    Do you expect others to work overtime on the weekend to address a low priority issue that affects very little of the playerbase?

    The time you could have spent showing how you expect to be treated like royalty by someone who doesn't have the power to help you, you could have done something productive with your other characters on your account or something.

    As for your backwards sounding way of calling me a yes-man, I'm not the one that doesn't know how to spend my time elsewhere other than complaining on a forum.
    I at least am helping others on the same server report the issue without being entitled.

    You see, this is why reading technical support on the Japanese section of the forums feels so much nicer. There's a distinct lack of gratitude for the staff elsewhere.

    I've got better things to do that educate a rando on the forums on the virtues of patience and understanding, so have a nice day and good luck on resolving your issue.

    All my life. You are the reason why sycophants are useless. I'm a complaining, and unhappy customer who has put up with alot of crap from this companies poor service. You're gods damned right I'm entitled. I paid with my own money that I earned working in customer service, and if I make a mistake at my job that affects my customers I'll do everything in my power to help them.     Then you of all people should know why firing at the improper channels causes grief for everyone.

    Escalating issues has a priority in the queue.
    Even moreso when it comes to tracing bugs in code.
    What prioritizes your bug report over those of others experiencing the same or other gameplay souring issues?
    What has this moderator done to offend you other than directing you to make a proper bug report? You know, SOP? A place where the actual people who have the technical knowhow, acces, and resources that can do something about the issue?
    What happens when a supervisor gets an issue escalated? They tell the proper people to do stuff.
    You know. A QUEUE. With priority.

    What have you put up with so far in this thread?
    The only condescending thing I have said is "be patient".
    The only one that has even thrown out any semblance of an insult is yourself.

    Well, since you admitted yourself that you're going to be entitled? Well what would be the point of that conversation then? You clearly have determined me as some sort of condescending entity despite simply suggesting waiting it out like any normal person. You know, like a friend of mine that is also being affected by this issue on Adamantoise.

    Since it kicks everyone during maintenance time, hopefully my friends can finally play on Adamantoise again.
    In theory that should kick them out of that funky "still logged in, but not logged in" state.
