Being a jerk to the staff demanding compensation simply because of a bug, which happens all the time simply because of the massive scale of an MMO?
Bit of a stretch there.
Could they have handled this better? Yes.
Is something being done about it? Yes.
If you've ever tracked tasks for bugfixing ala BugZilla, you know for a fact that you have to accept that you, as the end user, will face hiccups with bugs occasionally.
Unless the bug breaks the game for at least 50% of the playerbase, the company's only obligation needs to address the issue ASAP.
Your PR needs come secondary.
Have you ever been on the receiving end of the customer service desk? Or have ever known someone on the receiving end of the customer service desk and actually listened to their stories?
Have you ever had to work weekends fixing bugs for some unknown party?
Probably not from the tone you have.
Do you expect others to work overtime on the weekend to address a low priority issue that affects very little of the playerbase?
The time you could have spent showing how you expect to be treated like royalty by someone who doesn't have the power to help you, you could have done something productive with your other characters on your account or something.
As for your backwards sounding way of calling me a yes-man, I'm not the one that doesn't know how to spend my time elsewhere other than complaining on a forum.
I at least am helping others on the same server report the issue without being entitled.
You see, this is why reading technical support on the Japanese section of the forums feels so much nicer. There's a distinct lack of gratitude for the staff elsewhere.
I've got better things to do that educate a rando on the forums on the virtues of patience and understanding, so have a nice day and good luck on resolving your issue.

Even moreso when it comes to tracing bugs in code.
What prioritizes your bug report over those of others experiencing the same or other gameplay souring issues?
What has this moderator done to offend you other than directing you to make a proper bug report? You know, SOP? A place where the actual people who have the technical knowhow, acces, and resources that can do something about the issue?
What happens when a supervisor gets an issue escalated? They tell the proper people to do stuff.
You know. A QUEUE. With priority.
