Getting an error everytime I try to connect on a specific character

I just did every steps in there and still can't get to log on my character. Is there no way our characters could be move out of what seem to be stuck in an instance?

Same, im a seasoned veteran (like many others) with diagnostics and it was of none effect.
If i cant get on in a couple days im done playing the game, it is unacceptable.
