New beast tribe requirements

I understand the new beast tribe requirements to be Kurobana vs Gyorin and In Crimson They Walk. I have both those quests completed in my journal, all my crafting classes are at or above 60 and all my DoH classes are at 70. I still can't see any quests in Azim Steppe.

What am I missing?

There are two quest chains in Yanxia you have to finish first, one follows a guy with a wolf head (Kurobana) and the other follows a catfish (Gyorin). You also need to be past that section of MSQ, which is around level 66.

* The quest "Kurobana vs. Gyorin" is unlocked by completing two series of quests, one beginning with the quest "Perchance to Hanami" and the other beginning with the quest "Courage the Cowardly Lupin."

But, as I've said, I've done both. So there must be another requirement I'm missing.

I'm still at work so I can't check, but have you looked around Yanxia at the Namazu place or at Namai? With the stated prerequisites I wouldn't be surprised if it started where those quests ended.

The unlock quest is by the zone to Yanxia, there's a fish flapping around on the ground. You need to be on a 60+ DoL or DoH class to accept the quest. If you have both quests completed, it should be there.

Yes, the ! is missing from the map. I had to refer to the Patch Notes to find the location.
The location is The Azim Steppe (X:6.1 Y:23.3)
