Upgrading crafted gear

Players can trade their craftable item level 350 gear with J'tandhaa in Rhalgr's Reach (X:9.6 Y:11.6) in exchange for Resistance tokens. These tokens, along with a specific enhancement item, can be exchanged for item level 360 gear.

Can anyway explain what this means? Like what armour can you trade? What are resistance tokens. I've never heard of anu this before.

Basically you turn in the Lv350 gear you have to the NPC, and they give you a set amount of tokens, which will be enough to buy the upgrade alongside the Thavnairian (sp) Rain that you purchase for 100 Creation each.

For example, turning in a True Linen Jacket of Aiming HQ gives you 24 Resistance Tokens.

You can then turn around and use those tokens to purchase the Lv360 Augmented True Linen Jacket of Aiming HQ for 24 Tokens and 5 Thavnairan Rain (500 Creation). Or you can even use them to just purchase other pieces even for other jobs, it's not picky.

one piece gives enough tokens to buy the equivalent 360 piece but you also need thavnairian rains from creation totems.
They also come in an HQ variety and the tokens are generic so you can buy different things than what you turned in

i take it as a gear upgrades for alts since it's really quick and easy but mendacity+ is still be better
