    Ok so in character configuration when you do ui and unchecked all boxes for reccomendations and playguide upon login, achievements would still show upon login. If you click the bottom of that pop-up to move to login it don't show anymore on login. I'm testing this stuff as I go but seems this fixes most stuff lol

    The "Move to Login Notifications" checkbox in the achievements nearing completion window and the "Display achievements nearing completion as login notification" checkbox in character config are the same checkbox. People are only defeating themselves by checking the "Move to..." box and then going into their settings and immediately unchecking "Display achievements...".
