    Software token not working

    I just got a new Nokia 3 and tried to put the software token on it but it wont even open.
    This is also not an unique problem as several of the reviews have the same problem.
    Can we get this looked at please.

    Can you elaborate on what you mean by "it wont even open?"

    Do you have a security token on your account with another phone?

    You may have already tried it, but you can try uninstalling the app and redownloading it.

    Same problem here. I have a Moto G5 with Android 7 and the software token doesn't open. I just get the "SQEX TOKEN isn't responding" message after a while.
    But the token works with an old android phone (Android 5.1).

    It would be nice to have an update to the android version.
    Right now I'm forced to use the ios version on my iPad.
