Moogle Delivery Quests

Help! FC mate is supposed to be starting Spirits Most Foul! and his Moogle has disappeared. He said he saw it once in Limsa (no quest), turned around to go look at a bard's gear behind him, turned back around...and the Moogle has since gone missing. He has rebooted the game (twice), and all of us have been combing the web, trying to figure out if he missed a crucial step somewhere along the way. Is there a pre-req quest that he missed?

Or is there a step by step guide somewhere to help us out?

"Spirits Most Foul" requires both "Carline Memories" and "Dream On" to be completed. Remember to check both active and completed quests to see if it hasn't already been accepted or completed. (Postmoogle quests appear under "Sidequests" -> "Side Story Quests" -> "Delivery Moogle Quests")
