    Add Server and Data Center World Chat

    Game is kinda quiet, nobody is talking xD. It's nice once and a while but sometimes it would be nice to see chat spam on your screen xD. Please consider. Thanks

    You are on Balmung, a data center chat would be VERY busy (gilga + balmung = gg), but a server chat might be nice
