If anyone else is xperiencing this out of the blue the day b4 a major patch when everything worked perfectly fine previously right until this day, so that u cant start the launcher and login, both in the launher and on the lodestone/enix account, then what worked for me was changing the DNS adress to a random free public one.

I just spent 3 hours trying 25 other solutions apart from resintalling and deleting character data etc, everything from port forwarding to virus to 50 different internet settings in both IE and other, and ofc cursing the hell out of Enix for making this happen on a sunday right b4 the patch (yes this is something in their end afecting certain ISP settings that they change).

So if anyone else are having issues today as well, try that simple thing b4 u plow through 200 posts all suggesting different things or try to contact a custumor support that isnt available and wont reply untill days after. <3 \o/

did you try to run a compatibility thing to see if that was reason?]

Roll back to a previous graphics driver.

none of those were the reason, its an isp connection problem that happens with some providers every time they change stuff with patches etc. All ur wise solutions out there was solved by changing the DNS. Im not looking for solutions im passing it on what worked for me in case others get the same issue around this patch
