Lost Samurai

I seem to have lost the Samurai quest giver and would like to know where he is.

Back when I hit 50, I found two new purple quests in Ul'Dah, one, it turned out was for Red Mage, the other for Samurai. I did them both to the point where I get the job weapon, soul stone and outfit and squirreled them away without equipping them - saving those jobs for later. Now I know where the Red Mage quest giver is but the Samurai, I just can't find him anymore.

I looked up the quest chain online and it looks like he should be in the Quicksand in Ul'Dah but he isn't there. I'm sure I'm missing something blatantly obvious but I'm stumped, can anyone help me find the samurai?

If you've completed the quest including the level 70 one, then that's all there is for now, the quest chain ends at level 70. Presumedly when the next expansion rolls around they'll add new quests but for now, 70 is the final one. If you haven't yet completed the 70 quest however, then all I can suggest is search your Journal and see what it says (turning on the Duty List can also help, as clicking on it's objective will open the map with an indication of where to find the NPC in question). Sadly I've only done the first SAM quest to unlock the Job, and for that the NPC was in the GLA's Guild (at the stairwell down into the Colosseum arena), but he's almost definitely changed location during the quest line.

Another possibility is you may be missing a step in your objectives, in which case checking your Journal is doubly helpful.

Thanks to your suggestions I found him. I changed to SAM then used recommendations and there it was. He was hiding at the back of the gladiators guild.

a missing skills from level 40 on the samurai can a reset it or add

I found mine in the other city by the docks they gave me 255 gear to go figure still cant find the lvl 60 zone

I found the dancer girl and samura same place it the l town with the ports you can fly to it yo
