Unless you want two tier 3 buffs up at once since we can only have one tier 3 up at a time. Six variations of the charger and they never put more than one tier 3 slot in it. :|

Sorry I'm not sure what you're trying to say?

You would use 14 charged tier 3 wheels in a week (7 days, 2 a day) and each takes 70 hours to charge. 70 hours each for 14 buffs is 980 hours, but of course only 168 hours in a week, so need 5.8 (6) FC's working on it to keep ahead of requirements.

Every 3 days send a character round to pick them all up, end up back in the main FC and add 6 more actions (3 days worth) to the FC action list at the same time. Repeat in 3 days time.
