Glamour Dresser Item Recovery

It was not mentioned in either live letter or the patch notes, at least that I saw.
When you place an HQ crafted item in the Glamour Dress, it appears to remove the HQ status.
Does this mean that the crafted item when retrieved will be NQ?
That is the impression I get but wanting confirmation.

It has since the beginning. If you looked at the items you put in they lost their HQ status. So retrieving them without it was expected.
The point of the glamour dresser isn't storage for items you want to save. It is for pieces you want for outfits so NQ or HQ makes no difference.

Glamour dresser uses the same kind of system the Armoire does. When you store an item in the Armoire, it will only store its reference, all other data is not stored and will be lost. The only difference is that the Glamour dresses stores the item's dye.

This is why gear also has to be fully repaired before it is stored in the Armoire, and why the Dresser will also require it after patch. The condition of the gear is not stored, so the server has no way of knowing its condition when returning it to you. SE doesn't want players to use Armoire/Dresser as a free repair, so they require gear to be fully repaired prior to storing it.
