If you check how much utility actually bring dps in random partyfinder party, it is usually twice more dps in speed run party. Samurai/BLM have biggest carry potential in partyfinder, if they are good players themselves, because they not rely any other crews dps.

It's also good for any static that doesn't optimize buffs as much. People don't really take in account the player's skills with the jobs in question either. If you're way better SAM than you're something else, you'll be better off playing SAM until you get as good at the meta bois.

It will translate in a overall 2% damage increase in a vaccum (full uptime).
