No WHM changes, but SCH/AST buffs when SCH/AST already was META. What are they trying to do with WHM again? I can understand the QoL changes, but the buffing of the potency of Whispering Dawn for example. I hope the WHM changes are being saved for the full patch notes though. Is there a history of them withholding all changes to some classes until the full patch notes?

If SCH/AST is meta, why is SCH/WHM so much more common in savage parses?

The SCH change is a nerf, because Rouse will no longer affect it. Would be good for newbie SCH players who aren't used to using Rouse, though.

Also, this... why just why PC/Mac only?

Can't say for sure, but it may require an API that they don't have access to on PS4. Consoles are more locked down in terms of what you can do.

Because in game, people actually spend more time playing than, actually wondering if the class they love is meta or not.
Only forums are so obssesed with that Meta that only affects speedkill composition players.
