    I never knew having a flexible CD was a problem. Learn something new every day.

    But seriously, TBN is better than Inner Beast. WAR never, ever, EVER wants to use IB. It costs a GCD, gauge, and requires being in defiance; it might as well be out of the equation. TBN is accessible regardless of stance, and never suffers from diminishing returns. Neither PLD nor WAR can lay claim to that.
