Was the DA potency of combo SE always 440? Maybe it's because I put the game down a few months and missed an update, but wasn't it 400 before? I didn't see a 400-440 update on the 4.3 patch notes. Does anyone know where this came from?

They didn't change the potency of Souleater.

Yes, that's my thinking since the patch notes would agree. But if so, was the DA potency of SE always 440, then? Or at least since the introduction of 4.0?

While not this patch, there had been fluff potency increases to both Souleater and Bloodspiller in previous patches since 4.0. So yes, it was increased to 440, (I believe split from two patches? I would need to look that up to verify) just not from 4.3.

In HW it was 280 / 420 and since SB it is 300 / 440 if I recall correctly.

In HW it was 260/400, 280 was the old Delirium. It was increased to 280/420 in 4.0 and then to 300/440 after a Bloodspiller buff.
