Operation Archon???

Is it even possible for new players to get past Operation Archon anymore? ive been queued up for 3 days trying to get a group... Everything is blocked behind a wall of Story line progression, which is impossible to do without a group for this mission. How can me and my friend skip this?

You're in the Localization forum, which is for reporting things like mistranslations, grammar, unclear descriptions, etc. You probably want the New Player Help forum.


When doing older duties, rather than queuing in the duty finder and waiting for days, you can use the party finder, which will often get you in and out much faster.

Duty: Trials > Cape Westwind
Objective: Duty Completion

At this point you can Recruit Members to submit your listing. There are other options you can use to refine your recruitment parameters, but the default should be fine. For story stuff, you mostly just want to put up a sign that says, "I'd like to do this specific duty. Please assist." so you can get someone's attention. Maybe there are other people who also need that duty, but more likely, someone mentor-y/veteran-y will see it and offer to help you out.

Here is an idea for you to try:

1. Go to the Duty Finder tab.
2. Click on the small gray circle with the Cogwheel in the upper left hand corner of the Duty Finder tab.
3. Choose Language.
4. Make sure the "Japanese" language is on since you are on a Japanese data center.
