I think they should remove Physical Levels, Remove Point Assignments, Give stat bonuses for equipping skills and bonus traits for equipping certain patterns of skills and make skills equipped on core classes give more bonuses then skills equipped cross class.

i support this. kind of like a blue mage for attributes in FFXI with the addition of supporting your current class.
