Fire Brand
Seems to use an Antelope Horn as the base item. Not very sturdy. Antelope Horn is listed under Bone, and Bone items (at least the ones I've used) break like no ones business. So perhaps that's it?
Fire Brandwas referring to the fire brand from my post above my response because it uses silver in the synth. was responding to maybe the materials were the reason for the severe damage the weapon took. silver is the material it takes to repair is why i used the statement silver brand. sorry should have been more specific.

“Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are a good person is a little like expecting a bull not to attack you because you are a vegetarian”
no i was referring to if it is not hitting anything physically. i know if i hit something bone would really mess up fast. i was just using it as an example since the repair mat is silver also. i guess they say the silver breaks, but the horn stays in tact idk lol.Fire Brand

Magic is based on Aether no? Which in my mind is like sending energy voltages through something. Sending that through Silver and Bone it should break down fast. Same for wood....

well the thing is i think we have too many classes and too many points for the way it is setup now. the really easy solution would be to have a points you set once per class and only change it if you change role of that class ie: thm from healer to nuker has different stats. then the only time you would have anything else to do is as you pick up a level in that class you do those points for that class.you know whats funny, they (ythe old team) was actually gonna do this but the switch happen. The only thing wrong with stat alot is how long it takes a min/maxer to switch jobs.
But that is the fault of the min/mxers since it was stated pre launch to balance out your stats so you can switch on the fly.
Just because ppl like to min/max is why they changing the system...
the physical lvl was suppose to lvl up classes a bit faster.
I just don't want cookie cutting to be the norm. It really took away my fun :/
oh i wasn't complaining i was just using it as an example of how one item at your rank may damage fast while some people at lvl 1 may wear some r50 gear and they never seem to damage.
