    We could probably simplify the system quite a bit just by lowering the amount of points you get and raising the value of points.

    really we could take the 624 points we have now and divide them into 12, if each point is worth about 50 points you'll probably get a noticeable stat boost for every point you distribute, plus it retains some flexibility and you can smooth out any rough edges you have in your build with traits and acessories/
