As the question says. What is still driving you to play this game?

There's people because of friends, fun, memories or just because there's nothing else to do.

For me I can say I just like the grinding but other than that there's nothing else. I can't even say the content because we have beeing getting the same stuff every patch since 2.0 but with a differnt coat of paint and the fun just last like 1 or 2 weeks before it turns repetitive again.

With that said, my latest 6-month subscription expires in roughly 30 days. I may continue to subscribe in 1-month increments, but I can no longer justify subscribing for 6 months at a time.

To have fun. I am finished leveling everything I want and I have the gear I need so I don't play as much as I used to but that's fine. Pushing the buttons while dodging things as well as playing dress-up is fun for me.

Honestly...And this is just me...

I play it because it's the last FF that actually feels like a FF to me.

Yes, I have my issues with it and it does get boring sometimes but the story, music, the locales, all the throwback and nostalgic references keep me coming back. Especially if you grew up playing the series.
