A roll between Greed and Need?

Is it at all possible to get a new roll that you can only use if you have a class that can use said piece?

Kind of annoying in a PUG for weekly savage runs when you have to go as a different job, the item you want drops, and someone who hasn't even unlocked the job out rolls you on greed.

Sure, I could wait for a different party that allows me to join as the job I want, but sometimes a party you join "can't find a tank but plenty of dps" so you take one for the team and get screwed in the end.

Go as that class or role if it's that big of deal to you. How do you know they don't have it unlocked? Put that effort into trying to get it and quit whining.

Greed has like 5 or 10% chance of getting the item. Don't turn Need into the ultimate greed plz!
