I find this useless. People that wanna harass other now with ACT just do it after a wipe. People that wanna harass with your idea will just make it so we fight once go out check and kick people/harass as necessary. A tool is a tool how people use it is the problem or boom

I love the official forums, they tell you to use the search for thread about what you wanted to talk but when you use it they judge for necro a thread.

I've never harassed anybody but I've been harassed a million times with people that were not using ACT.

Another note, after a wipe in byako ex with a pug I explained tacs because I could clearly see they didn't know how to I was told I was an elitist prick and 'you don't pay my sub'.
Also, I told a healer once that there was no point in spamming cure when I was at full HP or 90% and would be a better idea to cast stone... man the harassment she gave me. I didn't wanted to live at that moment.
And I said nothing about DPS, just that I might have been a better idea to cast stone instead of spamming cure at full HP.

I haven't seen people getting harassed by ACT a lot, I've even never personally witnessed it.

You don't need a tool to harras, without ACT there will just be as much harassment as with it.

Letter from the Producer LIVE Part IX Q&A Summary (10/30/2013)
Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.
