FC Crafting Change/Modificaiton

Now I know there won't be say a total removal of the option to have 4 people in the FC to craft but maybe design it or modify it differently. Is there a possibility to have an addendum to the process where if the FC isn't big enough or doesn't have all the members on to see about being able to still forward/finishing the crafting process? So if the party is say less than 4 and the FC doesn't have the members online...then it's still craftable without reaching out to the community. It's just a quality of life thing and I know that many of the individuals in the community are willing to help just something in addition to help along those that aren't necessarily inclined to get the extra help. So not removing the process but making "IF/THEN" situations to accommodate the players that aren't completely into the whole team atmosphere all the time.

I would so adore that SE would remove the requirment to have 4 people to advance a project, its such a pain. And it doesnt help to make it a social event either since most of the time i put all the stuff in myself, the others being basicly afk in the workshop
