Can you relocate from the same district like relocate a small shirogane house to a medium plot?

There are no limitations on relocations that I am aware of. I recently relocated from a LB small on one side of the river/falls to one on the other side with a better view and closer to an MB.

I am in quite crowded server but even here there is small plots in lavender and goblet that have gone below 3mil. So just don't be picky and you don't have to complain.

I recently relocated from a small Mist plot onto a medium Shirogane plot. No timer effect, can confirm on that. The plot was just open fr 4 hours or so, although this is tonberry server we're talking about, any longer it'll be goner.

Remember, this is your FIRST house, not your last house. Don't be picky. A gob small facing a brick wall beats sleeping on the virtual streets. Lol
