Answering questions from that thread:
1) Drivers up to date? Yes: I'm running macOS 10.13.4. There are no external drives for the system. They are bundled with the OS, including the AMD drivers.

2) when discarding the game and its files, does this include the Game Settings folder? Yes. I mentioned that in my original resubmission

3) System Details? These were provided in my resubmission.


--Original Resubmission
I'm resubmitting this because the resolution was to re-install the game. I had mentioned that I did a fresh install in my original bug report. Just in case, I did it -AGAIN-. The icons are still missing.

Steps taken to resolve issue per original post:
1) Move FFXIV application to trash bin.
2) Move "Final Fantasy XIV" folder from ~/Library/Application Support/ to trash bin
3) Empty trash bin
4) Re-install

Upon launch, the icons are missing again, just like my original screen shots.

This happens to me as well when I play on a new iMac Pro.

iMac Pro (2017)
Processer: 3 Ghz Intel Xeon W
Memory: 128 GB 2666 MHz DDR4
Graphics Card: Radeon Pro Vega 64 16368 MB

For me it seems to be random. Sometimes a couple of actions will load onto the hot bars and sometimes nothing. Items don't seem to have an issue but the config icons do. I've tried a myriad of graphics settings, updating router (thinking it was lag), windowed mode, full screen mode, etc.
