    Error i2501 When Trying To Submit a payment.

    I have had this error for a couple days now and honestly this is getting ridiculous. I went to renew my sub with a debit card( the one I have used for my previous renewal), after seeing the issue, I tried to use a 60 day time card to no avail and the same error popped up. I had already had to contact you guys within the last month for a different payment issue. As a Streamer, it is making it really hard to promote this game. I have emailed support btw. It makes no sense that there is no form of technical support on the weekends for "Billing" Issues.

    I've been having the same problem for the past few days with my girlfriend. We can't renew our subscription and have tried different ways but with no success. I managed
    to buy crysta and optional items yet we can't seem to get our subscriptions at all. Is there any way someone can help to resolve the issue?

    Hello!

    The i2501 error is an error that is triggered by the system to protect accounts. Many actions can trigger this error such as a slow internet connection, the use of an odd connection (EG: schools or cafes), a possible virus detected on the device, the use of a VPN, many rapid attempts of payment at once, along with many other actions. Please check to see if any of the listed actions apply to the situation or anything that can be related. We also suggest resetting the connection you are using to connect to the internet. If error persists please contact support center.

    To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.

    1. Visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center at http://support.na.square-enix.com/
    2. Select FINAL FANTASY XIV as the game title.
    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
    5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
    6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
    7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

    NOTE: Live service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 (Pacific Time) (Excluding holidays)

    additionally, you can get assistance from a Game Master in-game. To do this simply type “/supportdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact a GM for further assistance. Game Masters Offer support 24/7.
