[EU] Eorzean Symphony Tickets - Did anyone get them already?

Long story short:
Bought 2 tickets, credit card has been charged and they were sent out a month ago.
According to their website they are "in transit" ...


Anyone else still waiting? (Austrian here, and not used to mail taking that long) Stuff from Germany normally arrives within 2-3 days (week max), so I doubt that stuff from France should take much longer than that ....

I've already contacted La Fée Sauvage, but I've been waiting for a response for almost a week now...

I bought them the hour they were released. They were shipped on the 6th April and I got them on the 10th April.

It took them 10 days to reply to an email I last sent them .

Found them / they responded.
They got sent back to La Feé Sauvage, because postal service screwed up somewhere along the way (our adress was correct).
They are going to remail them to us now, so I'll be keeping a close eye on them.
Only took them 2 Weeks to respond to our e-mail.

I think they are a really small team probably panicking with all the upcoming shows they are hosting. Glad you got a reply \o/
