    Can't Buy Expansion

    I just recently hit level 50, and I've been trying to buy the expansion for the last 3 days. My payments go through, but the orders stay at pending status for the entire day until I get an email at around 2-3 am that says my order has been cancelled due to my order not meeting certain criteria? I've done all the verification processes, and used different payment methods for each order I've tried. This is very frustrating as all I want to do is give them my money so I can keep leveling!

    As a side note, I am not getting any error messages like i2501.

    Has anyone else had the same problem?

    Are you buying it form the square enix store or somewhere else? Also, don't know if you knew this or not, but you don't have to buy the heavensward expansion. Just buy the stormblood one and HW x-pac is included in it.

    Yeah, I know Stormblood is the bundle with both expansions. And I'm trying direct from square enix because I bought a physical copy of the game on launch years ago. Just recently got back into the game. Just frustrated because my order has been cancelled twice, and I have no clue why.

    One thing to try: Go to your orders section of your account and check to see if an order has already been validated, I know it sounds silly, but it is best to check to rule it out.

    Can also call your credit card provider and see if they are blocking the transaction.

    Being that the square enix store is ran by a company called scale fast. I would suggest using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the store page and create a ticket.

    I would do so, Maybe your limit is close and they canceled it? if thats the case pay your CC company the minimum due and it should go thru.
