



If it was immediately bought then they might be ok, Last year I bought a copy of FFXI seekers of adoulin accidently when I should have bought the complete edition, and SE happily swapped the codes, changing regional codes should be even simpler.If it wasn't bought from the square enix store you're probably SOL. Even if it was, you might still be SOL. The sales on the software are final, and once a code is given, it isn't generally refundable because there's no way that once it's given, they can stop someone from activating it. You might have to find somewhere and just sell the code, and eat the cost to get the US one.
