Hey y'all so I've some a few tweaks to the concept I made, taking some of the feedback into consideration and polishing up some of the abilities, spells, and such, to make it look a bit more appealing. I also added a level there, to sort of show what level he learns things.
Lastly, the name Time Knight was a tough one to rename, I've seen a lot of suggestions from a couple posts that were here. Time Battle Mage / Chronomancer to name the two; I thought about it a lot and came up with a few other ones lol:
Timeslayer, Auspice Walker, or just a regular ol' Time Mage in the form of a tank lol. Anyways, thanks for the replies and feedback, Pat Out.

Changes look better for the mechanics and ability stuff, but that lore still sticks out to me like a sore thumb.
I fixed he Lore just now lol; as Eloah said, it was quite easy to tie it in with Hildibrand Helidor, apparently I missed these quests and lore in my romp through FFXIV, and now I am eager to delve into them. =D

Why not Chronos Knight? Also as nice as a node it might be to Bravely Default, I don't recommend using Eloch for a "lore" name. Not that it's bad per se, but BD used a lot of puns. My recommandation is minorly link it to the Hildebrand quests with Quan.
I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
Ahaha I'll look into sort of adjusting the lore and start a new story. And yeah those names also sound really good; Watcher and Chronoguard, I especially enjoy Chronos Knight! Thanks a lot Eloah and Kazrah. The feedback is always so appreciated =)
As far as the name of the Time Knight, Eloch, yeah I wanted to sort of bring some love to BD lol; and I'll come up with a more unique name and also look into the Hildebrand quests with Quan.

A Chrono Knight! Sounds really fun.
I read your lore, and the moveset and have a few thoughts. For the lore, I feel you might of over thought the lore. I have an idea of how to interpret it, based on the Hildibrand quests. Based on your minions, you haven't finished the quest chain; surprise you get a minion, lol.
Also the concept for the moves has merit but to me feels somewhat disjointed. Granted I did gloss over it but from a few concepts I noticed, it looks like some mechanics are themed slightly differently than what you'd expect. Since we have downtime today, I might show you what I mean and share it with you, so you can see what I mean. But regardless of and feedback I or anyone else gives you, keep at these, flexing your creativity is never a bad thing.

For example, Light Arts is a new one, just to add a small uniqueness to its own merit, and I changed Omnipresence to Teleport.

Pretty much this is what I thought too. For lore, it starts with answering three questions:
1) Where did this become a thing? Usually this is tied to a particular nation or region.
2) Why did this become a thing? Typically jobs are explained as solutions to particular problems.
3) How does this thing reach the prime protagonist? This would be either be a lone person or representative of some party.
Most of that stuff is there, but the rule of thumb when it comes to key NPCs for job storylines seems to be exclusivity to those stories and not to any other storyline within the game, with the only exception being Estinien due to potential favoritism (otherwise, he'd have been killed off in Heavensward).
