Should keyboard shortcuts change the channel of a typed message?

Do you like it that way, though? :/ I'm pretty sure XI managed to change the channel even if you did type out the console command.. :s

Honestly, I don't make the mistake often enough to care one way or the other. I think they should change it simply because doing so would allow some people to gain some benefit, and others wouldn't be affected at all. That's a net gain in satisfaction, so I'm fine with the proposed solution.

When I said it wasn't a bug, I was just saying that it's not an error of any sort, and therefore doesn't belong in the in-game bugs section.
