Please provide:
- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select)
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
Have you received any more disconnections since this post?

- Wired Connection
- No other programs running in the back
- Kugane, Private House in Shirogane
- Reset my modem and router but problem still persists even right now
