    [NA] Non-stop 2002 and 90002 error

    Keep getting disconnection problems in NA data center(Exodus server) for more than an hour but I have no problem playing in JP data center(Tonberry server).

    I can only connect for a few minutes before getting kicked out of the game again.

    (And now I got a 10105 error.)

    (Update: Seem like I'm no longer disconnecting now but will still give any information if it will help prevent such issues again.)

    Edit: Followed by 90002 Error. Lost it again.

    Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - the nature of the latency
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
