Can we get some flashier weapon skills?

Seriously! I hate the Weapon Skills in 14. I want the Weapon Skills from XI.

The new Level 99 Weapon Skills are super fancy. They flip, they have awesome particles. Basically, what I'm saying is, this game graphically, is miles ahead of XI. Why are our animations miles behind?

Do you remember the weapon skills they had while leveling up from 1-75 cap in XI? Yeah it took a long time to get fancy sparkle shiny weapon skills.
