Something super long so it's proof against computer cracking, and yet memorable so you can recall it. A favorite song lyric of a less popular song, a poem line, a scripture line, a line or quote from a famous person, or a saying someone you know has.

Change just a few characters over to numbers, symbols, and tamper with casing. Not too much, you need to remember it. But enough that it's not just the exact phrase.

Keep in mind that adding too many numbers, casing, symbols and such actually makes BAD passwords... if you ever have trouble remembering a password even after having more than two dozen different ones, it's a bad password...
